In 1221, Frederick II entered in Capitanata. The DODICIVENTUNO is dedicated to him. This wine is vinified alone from Nero di Troia grapes, an ancient native Apulian vine. Warm, soft, it has a broad bouquet given by the aging in barrique for 12 months.
-
It is fresh, pleasantly soft with clear fruity sensations and white flowers, a delicate almond note on the finish.
-
It is obtained from an accurate selection of Nero di Troia grown in clayey soils near the Cervaro stream. Intense ruby red, with aromas of ripe red fruit, soft and velvety tannins.
