Vineyard in organic conversion. Hand harvested. Fermentation in steel vats. Aging on the grapes lees for 3 months. Wine produced with natural technique without the use of oenological adjuvants. Straw yellow color. Fresh, well-balanced, with intense aromas and flavours. Ideal Summer sipper. Oysters, fish, salads, sushi, cheeses.
